Shipping policy

Please allow up to 5 days to process and prepare your order for shipment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Delivery times depend on where the parcel is shipping to, but expect a one week delivery time once shipped. If you still have not received your order in that time, please contact me.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to coronavirus, orders may take longer than normal to ship.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If a print or original is damaged in transit / received wrong item

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure to take photos of the issue.
